Digital & heat transfer

Direct-to-garment and heat transfer print full colour with almost no setup, so a run of ten with a photographic design or one-off names and numbers is affordable, where screens would not pay off.

Not every job is a hundred identical shirts. For a small run, a photographic or many-colour design, or personalization where each piece is different, digital and heat-transfer methods are the answer: they carry almost no per-colour setup, so the price does not depend on quantity the way screen printing does. A team of twelve with a full-colour crest, a family reunion with everyone's name on the back, a short run of merch to test a design, this is where these methods win.

Direct-to-garment prints ink straight into the fabric for a soft, full-colour result, best on lighter garments (darks need a white underbase). Heat transfer and cut vinyl are ideal for names, numbers, and anything that changes piece to piece. We will tell you honestly when your quantity has crossed the line where screen printing gets cheaper, so you are never overpaying for the wrong method.
