What does the printing cost?
Most shops make you ask. Set it up here and see the per-piece price before you pick a garment, then add the blank to it.
- Real prices, not ranges
- One placement, decorated in Montreal
- The blank adds on when you pick a garment
Dark garments need a white underbase, which costs more.

Choosing the decoration method
A decorated garment is the blank plus the decoration, and we show both. Screen print and embroidery price live inside each garment above. Here is how to choose between the methods, because that choice is yours and it moves the price more than the garment does.
Screen printing
one-time setupThe workhorse for larger runs of the same design. Sharp, durable, and the cheapest per piece once the quantity is there.
- Number of ink colours (one screen per colour)
- Number of print locations (front, back, sleeve)
- Quantity, the per-piece cost drops as it climbs
- A one-time screen setup per colour, spread across the run
Embroidery
one-time setupThe premium, most durable finish. Ideal on hats, polos, and outerwear where a woven logo looks and lasts better than print.
- Stitch count, which follows the logo's size and detail
- Number of locations
- A one-time digitizing fee to turn your logo into a stitch file
- Quantity, the digitizing spreads across the run
Direct-to-garment (digital)
no setupFull-colour, photo-level detail with almost no setup. Best for small runs and complex, many-colour art where screens do not pay off.
- Print size
- Garment colour, dark garments need a white underbase
- No per-colour setup, so small runs stay affordable
Heat transfer & vinyl
no setupFor names and numbers, one-offs, and personalization. Each piece can be different, which print and embroidery cannot do cheaply.
- Number of colours and locations
- Whether each piece is personalized (names, numbers)
- Low setup, so it suits ones and twos
